I Used to Think Success Meant Bigger

I used to think success meant bigger.

What I found is that you get lost in the noise of it. Sometimes you lose sight of why you even started. Or worse, you don’t realize the real growth you’ve already achieved.

Filtering out that noise and focusing on having the right foundations is the only way to actually grow successfully. Otherwise, you scale with chaos.

My real growth came from places I didn’t expect. It came from doing it wrong. From what I saw, at the time, as failures.

In those mistakes, I got to see where I went wrong, how I went wrong, and sometimes who was wrong for me. Sometimes I was the problem.

Growth takes humility. It takes accountability. It takes picking yourself back up, starting again, and trying.
