COVID left so many of us carrying fear, loss and exhaustion. I saw it every day in my patients. I created this event to put wellness back at the front of the conversation and help lift people back up. It has grown every year since.

The Annual Wellness Event
Once a year, I bring people together for an evening built around one idea: your health deserves attention before something goes wrong.
A panel of wellness speakers each covers a different part of feeling well, from mental health to what is happening in your body to the habits that carry you through a hard season. You leave with real conversations, new ideas and a room full of people who care about the same things you do.
All proceeds from the night go to a charitable cause.

The Aspiring Injector Event
For years, aspiring injectors have asked me for any crumb of help getting into aesthetics. Breaking in is still hard today.
So in May 2025, I gave them a space at IV Lounge CT to come, learn, and leave with real tips on how to get their start.
