Nurse Practitioner. Practice Owner.
Here to Help You Build Yours.
The person you call when you need someone who’s been there.
After many years in medicine and too many twelve-hour shifts as a single mom, I wanted more for myself and my daughters. I wanted to show them what it looks like to go after a small idea. Almost a decade later, I’ve built two businesses and learned some hard lessons. Now I help other nurse entrepreneurs build their small ideas into real businesses.
I help nurse practitioners and aesthetics and wellness owners fix the business side of their practice: pricing, memberships, compliance and the systems that keep money coming in when the schedule slows down. I’ve made the expensive mistakes in my own practice so you don’t have to.
Stop Starting Every Month at Zero
Most practices run on whoever books this week. A slow month feels like a crisis, and a good month disappears into the next slow one. I ran my first business that way for years, on nights after hospital shifts as a single mom.
Recurring revenue means clients pay you every month for care they already planned to get: a membership, a standing treatment plan, a maintenance package. You know what's coming in on the 1st, so you can hire, plan and take a day off without panic.
When I rebuilt my practice around memberships, my monthly recurring revenue went from about $800 to about $30,000 in 30 days. That's the model I teach.

From Fellow Practice Owners
Mary has worked with practice owners who took the ideas and strategies she shared and used them to build successful practices of their own.
"We've known Mary Elizabeth for more than one decade, first as fellow students at the University of Connecticut and now as business owners of thriving medical aesthetics practices. We saw firsthand how productive Mary was in our Master's of Nursing program, having no difficulty multitasking, completing tasks, and staying motivated throughout the process. Upon graduation, Mary was one of the first students to obtain employment and began working as an advanced practice registered nurse. She encouraged both of us to pursue medical aesthetics, providing guidance at the onset of starting our business, a time not for the faint of heart! We've witnessed her navigate the changing landscape of aesthetics, remain vigilant to various standards and regulations, maintain professionalism, and, of utmost importance, focus on the safety and satisfaction of her clients' experiences. Seven years after encouraging us to pursue medical aesthetics, it should come as no surprise that both her and our practices are outperforming national benchmarks."
